PhoneRemo מאפשר לשלוט במשחקים ובמסכים מהטלפון, דרך phoneremo.com, ‏play.phoneremo.com, ה-SDK ואפליקציית הטלוויזיה. השימוש בשירות מהווה הסכמה לתנאים האלה ולמדיניות הפרטיות.

שימוש הוגן

• אין לנסות לשבש את השירות, להעמיס עליו, לעקוף את מגבלות השימוש או להשתלט על חיבורים של אחרים.
• אין לשלוח דרך השירות תוכן בלתי חוקי, פוגעני או מטעה, כולל שמות שחקנים.
• מותר לשלב את ה-SDK בכל אתר, בתנאי שהשימוש עומד בתנאים האלה. אנחנו רשאים לחסום אתר או מכשיר שמנצלים את השירות לרעה.

בטיחות

משחקי תנועה כוללים הנפות וסיבובים של הטלפון. אחזו בטלפון היטב, השאירו מספיק מקום סביבכם ושימו לב לאנשים, לחיות מחמד ולחפצים בקרבת מקום.

זמינות ואחריות

השירות ניתן בחינם וכמות שהוא (AS IS), בלי התחייבות לזמינות רציפה או לתאימות לכל מכשיר. ככל שהחוק מתיר, PhoneRemo אינה אחראית לנזק עקיף או תוצאתי שנגרם מהשימוש בשירות.

קניין רוחני

השם PhoneRemo, הלוגו, המשחקים והעיצוב שייכים ל-PhoneRemo. התנאים האלה לא מעניקים זכות להשתמש בהם מעבר לשימוש בשירות.

The service

PhoneRemo lets you control games and screens from your phone through phoneremo.com, play.phoneremo.com, the SDK and the TV app. By using the service you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

Fair use

• Do not try to disrupt or overload the service, get around its usage limits, or take over other people's sessions.
• Do not send unlawful, abusive or misleading content through the service, including player names.
• You may embed the SDK on any website, as long as the use follows these terms. We may block a site or device that abuses the service.

Safety

Motion games involve swinging and turning the phone. Hold the phone firmly, keep enough space around you, and mind people, pets and objects nearby.

Availability and liability

The service is free and provided as is, with no promise of uninterrupted availability or of compatibility with every device. To the extent the law allows, PhoneRemo is not liable for indirect or consequential damage caused by using the service.

Intellectual property

The PhoneRemo name, logo, games and design belong to PhoneRemo. These terms grant no right to use them beyond using the service.

Changes and contact
